I bought my last one at WalMart. Checker Auto sells them also.
One of the cheapest options is to buy your oil filter on Ebay. Here's the relevant page for you: http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-1751-2鈥?/a>

Fram makes a full line of bike filters available at most large auto part stores. They stock some at Wal Mart as well.
I have a 1500 goldwing and I always buy mine at Wal-Mart.
