A lot of people's answers to this question are something along the lines of ';No, but it would be too hard to stop, so we're just going to keep doing it.'; I would like to remind everyone of the time when the Israelites were in the desert and could not imagine how they could possibly live outside of slavery to the Egyptian political-technological system, and thought it would better if they had died there. That being said, I am still using oil frequently, I still don't always know how to stop. Let's keep praying.
What alternatives do we have? You've got to drive a car, heat your home, heat your water, power your stove and refrigerator. They've got us by the bulbs.





It's about time America pulled advanced technology off the shelf that we've been holding back from the public. 35 years ago the Moody brothers from Daytona Beach invented an engine that got 100 miles to the gallon. USA has more than that up it's sleeve but they allow the fat cats to get fatter, taking it off the backs of the little people.

the technology is there and usable but the oil companies killed the program and or the person...








and public transit!!! European countries have trains, subway and bycyles.... we have the LA freeway....wonderful technology...
If we ‘humans’ stop buying oil many thousands of people will loose their jobs %26amp; homes. The F.D.A will collapse so their will be no food. Heath systems will collapse and the doctors will not get paid. Children will not have to go to school and the government will fall. Trasportation companies will fall. Oil is modern day gold. You won't even have a computer to use to ask this question on yahoo answers. Oil runs everything in America.
Fat cats will be fat cats, they find opportunities. Its good to see an eco-friendly writer, but you have to offer cost effective alternatives to us. And, there are a tremendous number of petroleum based products out there, not just fuel.
NO BOYCOTT COME ON AMERICANS WE ARE THE FATTEST COUNTRY PPL NEED TO BOYCOTT START WALKING JOGGING AND BIKEING ITS WAY BETTER FOR HEALTH DONT YOU THINK?
