My house is very old and the porches have had at least 20 coats of oil based paint. In Maryland you can no longer buy oil based paint due to the ozone restrictions and air quality issues in the Baltimore/DC metro areas. I live in extreme western maryland where we don't have the air issues and the winter weathers eat latex paints alive.
I am asking can you buy oil based paint in WV or Non Northern Va still?Can I buy oil based paint in West Virginia or Virginia?
