Shop at places like Grismer's (I'm not sure if they are Ohio - based) but if you purchase tires there, they will rotate your tires for free for as long as you own your vehicle and a good time to have your tires rotated is when you get your oil changed (oil change there is approx $16.00) So although you are paying for an oil change, you are getting your tires rotated for free. check with other service places like Goodyear in your area and see if they offer this service.
